  • Were the British the only creator of the Palestinian problem?

Palestine was part of the Ottoman Empire for over 400 years, from 1516 to 1917, which was a period marked by Ottoman rule and the integration of local elites into state power. The empire conquered the region from the Mamluk Sultanate in 1516 and ruled it until World War I, when British forces defeated the Ottomans and occupied Palestine.

Theodor Herzl, the inventor of Zionism, went to the British Minister for Colonies Joseph Chamberlain in 1903 to discuss land for a Jewish homeland. Chamberlain offered Uganda in British East Africa. This proposal, known as the Uganda Scheme, offered a temporary refuge for Jews fleeing persecution, but it was eventually rejected by the Zionist Congress.

In 1916, the British Mark Sykes and the French Francoise Picot had drafted a partition plan to divide the remaining Ottoman Empire: Lebanon and Syria came under French control. Ottoman Palestine and Jordan became British. A year later, the British Arthur Balfour wrote in a letter to his prime minister, Rothschild, "We have a Jewish state."

In 1922, the League of Nations Council approved the Mandate for Palestine, authorizing Britain to administer the mandate. While the Supreme Council of the League of Nations initially allocated the mandate to Great Britain at the San Remo meeting in April 1920, the formal authorization and adoption of the Mandate document took place on July 24, 1922.  This temporary arrangement, in place from 1920 to 1948, aimed to establish a Jewish national home while also developing conditions for self-rule, a mandate that fueled significant conflict between the growing Jewish and Arab populations.

It is the League of Nations and the British who created the Palestinian problem, except the United States which wasn't a member..

  • Where does the name "Israelis" come from?

In May 1948, European colonists named themselves "Israelis." The name is derived from the name of the tribe of the Israelites, who invaded the territory of the Amalek in today's Negev Desert. The Israelites came from Egypt's Sinai Desert and were led by Moses, to whom God had given the Ten Commandments. He and his people violated the 6th Commandment, 'You Should Not Kill'.

So, the Israelis named themselves after a people who were one of the tribes, not after a historical reference to a land, as there is none since the Jews left Roman Palestine.

  • Why do we use a different name?

In the context of the Old Testament:

  • The Israelis claim that they are "God's chosen people" while their god differs to those the Christians and Catholics believe. YAHWEH refers to a episode from the Old Testament where a devine revealed itself to Moses as "I am" while the leader of Israelite tribe was still in the Sinai, not in Canaan.
  • They also claim that "the land" was always "Jewish."  But the tribe, from whom the Israelis borrowed the name to invent themselves as "Israelis", was not native to Canaan. The Israelites came from what is described as "south", referring to the Sinai Desert, invaded the habitat of the Amalek people. When the Israelites reached Canaan, they met tribes who where already there, like the Jesubites and Abraham's people, the Hebrews . So, what the European Zionist migrants have created is not by historical reference to a land but to a tribe who were not Jewish when arrived in Canaan.
  • The Israelis adopted a language that is from the Hebrew tribe. Why did they not adopt the language the Israelites spoke?

In the context of migration

  • A settler is a person who decided to leave his native country to build a new permanent life elsewhere, but peacefully, and who is not seeking to take someone else's land. In fact, modern migrants can be considered as settlers. Europeans came as colonist who decided to leave their native countries in Europe to take possession of land then start building a new life. The Israelis are not only descendants of these Europeans. Today, they even include people from around the world. They all remain colonists.

The land is de facto colonized historic Palestine, referring to the longest used name: Ottoman Palestine.

  • What is occupation?
The "occupation" of a country is a specific legal term in international law, referring to a foreign military force establishing effective control over the territory of another state, even without resistance. This control, however, must be provisional and limited to areas where the authority of the hostile army can be effectively exercised, not a full takeover of the entire nation. The occupying power has duties, such as restoring public order and maintaining existing laws, while respecting the rights of the local population.
  • Is the Gaza "problem" the same as the Palestinian "problem"?

No, the Gaza "problem" is a different issue, as it has it roots in the presence of Egyptian troops who controlled the enclave. The Israelis attacked Gaza in response to Egypt's closing of the Straits of Tiran for all Israeli bound maritime traffic to the port of Eilat. The waterway is part of Egypt's territorial waters.

So, the Israelis themselves are the creators of the Gaza "problem." by attacking a sovereign decision that was made on a territorial water belonging to Egypt.

  • Do the Israelis have the right to defend themselves?

In the context of Gaza, no, the Israelis do not have the right to defend themselves, as they invaded the enclave to drive out the Egyptian troops then started to colonize the territory and subjected the local people to occupation rule.

The leadership is a war belligerent, as the declaration of war by the 1967-prime minister, Levy Eshkol, has never been lifted. You can't claim the right of self-defense when you started to be the colonizer, then being a militarized trade barrier upon occupation since 2007. See more in "Is Gaza occupied?"

  • Was Gaza colonized?
On June 5, 1967, the Israelis attacked and invaded Gaza and started to colonize the enclave by building 21 permanent colonies. The colonization lasted for nearly 40 years when it ended in 2005.
  • Is Gaza occupied?

In 2005, the Israelis disengaged from the Gaza Strip by dismantling all 21 Israeli colonies there. As part of this process, four Israeli colonies in the West Bank were dismantled as well. The disengagement was executed unilaterally by the Israeli prime minister Sharon, and without coordination with the Palestinian National Authority.

However, Gaza is part of 'occupied' Palestinian Territories (oPT) where there is no occupation when looking at the presence of hundreds of illegal colonies. There is a de jure annexation.

In 2006, Hamas won the only held election. In response, the Israelis and Egypt closed the land borders and airspace. The Israelis also imposed a blockade, currently in the most catastrophic manner.

  • Why is it "October 7th"?

First, GLOSM/PARES does not follow the ideological motivated line used by the Israelis and their allies, that it was a "Hamas terrorist attack." It follows the line of historical chronology, where Hamas is a result that the Israelis created during the bloody crackdown of the First Intifada in 1987, and the line as described by international law where Hamas is designated as a political movement, whose armed wing has the full right to resist the Israeli occupation of Gaza. The wing distinguish themselves from the civilian population and carry their weapons openly during attacks and deployments.

"October 7th" refers to the resistance operation by the military wing of Hamas on October 7, 2023, that was the consequence of a series of incidents in Gaza prior to that date. Incidents which may include the border protest massacre from 2018, the 11-day war from 2021. The operation was carried out in the south of colonized historic Palestine.

The Israelis and the Western media claimed that 1.139 Israeli colonists were killed in that operation, justifying them to call it a massacre. But, found interviews on video with Israeli occupation officers reveal that their military leaders had ordered the use of the Hannibal doctrine.

The executors of the doctrine were a pilot of an Israeli Apache helicopter gunship whose video were found and documented. The video shows party goers fleeing the scene at the Nova rave festival, many running to their parked cars. The pilot opened fire on these people. The other executors were the crew of a battle tank who fired on a house thinking, so not verifying and confirming, that resistance fighters were in the house.

To date (September 22, 2025) the Israelis have slaughtered 65,283 Palestinians in Gaza.

However, Netanyahu is on trial over bribery, corruption and breach of trust since bribery came to light in 2017. He was officially indicted in 2019.  It's not just us, but even among the Israelis who accuses Netanyahu not only of exploiting October 7th. Cease fires would even pave the way for the prosecutors to go full on the trial, that Netanyahu is obstructing by arrogantly claiming that he has a "country" to run and requesting postponements when he has to appear in court. Netanyahu goes over dead bodies, even those still held in Gaza.

  • What does the international law say about inciting, fueling and promoting genocide and annihilation?
International law considers direct and public incitement to commit genocide to be a crime, punishable under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). This crime requires both the act of inciting and the specific intent to destroy a protected group. While the terms "fueling" and "promoting" are not explicitly defined in legal texts, they align with the broader concept of incitement and can also fall under the scope of complicity or other related offenses under international law.
  • Why do we disregards the American policy on issues against Palestine and its people?

The United States has been the first Zionist country since 1898. The way the US stands with the Israelis has its roots in the founding of the predecessor of AIPAC, initially established to defend the Deir Yassin massacre.

However, AIPAC claims that the organization is a registered American lobbying group, funded by private donations, and maintains it receives "no financial assistance" from Israel or any other foreign group.

AIPAC originates from its predecessor, founded by a Canadian Ashkenazi who was sent by the Israelis to defend the heinous crime when European Zionist slaughtered 107 men, women and children in Deir Yassin. The Canadian decided to stay in the US to turn his mission for the Israelis into the founding of the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs. It was renamed in 1954.

The Zionist organization doesn't lobby, as there is no need to do because all administrations have been bringing to practice the demands the Israelis have. It is de facto a foreign agent as defined in the Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA.

Hundreds of members of the US Congress and the White House has been listed by a website for taking bribe from the Zionist organization to speak for the Israelis. They also include members of the current administration and Donald Trump himself.

The previous and current American administrations as well "politicians" from the donkey and the elephant side, drowned in millions of Zionist dollars, and far below human values, has been shown seeing themselves in the words from the former Israeli minister Yoav Gallant: human animals
